It Is Automatic
Many other programs require a very time consuming and inefficient method of moving information known as “Posting”. If information is not posted properly the reports will not be accurate & daily operations will be affected. EzProcessPro is completely automated. There is never a need to post information. You don't have to be a computer programmer to get the system to work for you. The entire system is automated. Sales Price List / Cost List Authorized personnel can pull a sales price list or items cost list of all items in the system. The price list will show cost and recommended sales price based on the % mark up or listed
prices you set. The cost list can be used quickly to see how much was paid for a product.

Sales Report
All sales reports are accessed from the same area, but can be pulled many different ways. You can pull reports by the day, week, month, year, or even between two dates. This information can be divided by: salesperson, sale type, item purchased, manufacturer, balance due, gross margin on sale, delivered sales, quotes, undelivered sales or even sale location. All pertinent contact, status, billing and profit information is displayed on the page. You can view the actual sale as well as print letters to the client and view compiled notes related to that sale. All sales reports calculate each salesperson's % share of total sales, average sales amount, total collected, net profit, and gross margin.

Supervisor Reports
Monetary: All receipts for money transactions including sales, customer payments, refunds,
and quotes are numbered chronologically & recorded in the “Supervisor Report”. The details of the transaction date, type, payment type, payment amount, customer info, sale status, name of user entering transaction, and much more can be used to get accurate records & totals of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual transactions.
Merchandise: All Delivery, Back Order, Service, Exchange, and Transfer memos are also numbered chronologically. These reports can also be pulled for multiple time frames and gives complete details of the memo and the sale it references. This report is commonly used to verify that memos have been returned signed and confirmed.

Advertising Report
Ez Process Pro has designed a report to track your returns on different methods of advertising. You create your own categories, types, and special types. Next you can enter your expense per unit. When a sale or quote is generated the customer will be asked, “How
did you hear about us?”

The answer to this question will generate both text and graphed reports for cost/customer, $ ratios, and return on investments.

Financial Reports
Customizable detailed reports can be printed by the day, week, month, year, or even between two dates for a variety of reports. Ez Process Pro generates both cash based reports and accrual based reports at the choice of the user. The User can select the type of report they want to view as well as which details they want to see on the report they selected. The details on the report automatically fill in from sales, refunds, invoice payments etc. Reports can also be customized to show any combination of revenues and expenses for a selected period. Most reports viewed can be broken down by location and all reports are in real time. This means the information is accurate and to the second. Each report has a general and detailed version and has the capability to dig deep into the details.

Graphs
The easiest way to compare information is by putting the information into graph form. You can view line graphs, bar graphs, and pie graphs on our system. You can see which sales people are your top sellers, and which locations are producing the most money. You can even view which zip codes are producing the most clients, so that you can target your marketing to the correct areas. These are only a few of the many graphs included in the system.
