Our network is far more secure than any network that is recommended
to you by our competitors. We have state of the art firewalls
and security processes that have been designed for billion dollar
corporations. We can also provide 128-bit encryption.

Can anyone see my company's information since it is on the internet?
Your site will be locked down with security codes. The only people
that will be able to access your site are the people with the
passwords you designate, which you can change at anytime.

What is the deal with the free $10,000 web site?
During the year Gimme The Best offers "specials." The
specials can range anywhere from free picture scanning, to a special
payment plan, or in this case a free $10,000 website. This is
not a gimmick site, or anything of the sort. It is a full fledged
site at www.YourCompanyName.com that possesses an online catalogue,
maps to your locations, online credit applications, e-mail addresses,
etc. The site will automatically update depending on what you
have in stock, and you can even make sales online.

Do I have to change my company to fit EZProcessPro?
We realize that you have your specific ways of doing things in
order to run your company. We designed EZProcessPro with
customization in mind. We have designed each facet of the program,
so that there are multiple ways to achieve the same goal (you
can do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.) We also employ
a team of leading programmers, to "custom build" any
feature that you deem as necessary.

How much does it cost?
EZProcessPro is $8,500. Now, you might say that the price is really
high compared to its competitors. It is, but you have to realize
what money you are saving by using EZProcessPro. You don't
need a server, which will cost you $4,000 alone. You don't have
to purchase multiple licenses, which if you have a warehouse,
and would like to put more than one computer on the showroom it
will cost more for the additional licenses. You don't have to
pay for tech support. We provide free technical support to get
you up and running. You don't have to pay a network administrator,
and you don't have to buy a firewall, to prevent someone from
trying to hack in and steal all of your customer's credit card

I've been thinking of going to Office Depot and getting an accounting
program. What does EZProcessPro have over them?
First off, you need to compare apples to apples. Accounting programs
do just that, they account for money. They do a great job at it,
and if you are looking for an accounting program, by all means
that is a much cheaper way to go, but it does not run your company
for you, and keep in mind. The reason the software is so cheap
is because it includes the software and a short manual. They make
their money on technical support. It won't process purchase orders,
it won't help manage your inventory, it won't help make sales,
and you don't get a website. You have to realize that EZProcessPro
does far more than just an "off the shelf" accounting
program. EZProcessPro helps you run your company, while
making it more efficient.

I don't know anything about computers. How difficult is EZProcessPro
to learn?
When we started out, neither did we. We were in the furniture
business after all, not the computer industry. We started out
by hiring several top programmers. They worked diligently putting
our ideas together that were drawn on paper, to form EZProcessPro.
We bring in people who don't know anything or very little about
computers, and have them run a test company. Anything they don't
understand, or question, we change. We named the program EZProcessPro
for a good reason. It's easy.

What type of training do you have?
EzProcessPro wants your company to get up and running as
quickly and as painlessly as possible. For this very reason, we
offer a FREE 3-day training program in our facilities. We go through
the program, and show you how to perform the common tasks. We
know there are special ways that your company performs particular
functions, and we will walk you through how to do these functions,
your way, on your system. You can use these days to set up your
system from scratch, bring employees for training, or use it as
a refresher course for things you already know. To take advantage

We maintain
fully updated online directions for your convenience, but we understand
that getting up and running needs to be as quick and painless
as possible, and the directions might not be all of the assistance
you desire or require. For this very reason we have staff members
that will come to your location, and spend as much time as needed
to get you and your employees going. You can call us on the phone,
e-mail us, or go onto the website to get your support. We try
to offer as many options as possible, in order to achieve customer
satisfaction in all unique instances.
11. What is the deal with the online
catalogue?
It gives you the ability to show pictures of furniture, just like
you would out of a book, only now you only show pictures of the
items you have in stock. There's no need to show the customer
something you might not be able to get. If they don't see something
they like in stock, you click on special order, and its just like
using your manufacturer's books. Let them pick out any item, and
if its not in stock the computer will automatically add the item
to your Purchase Order List.

What kind of technical support do you have?
Our regular technical support hours are from 10:00am-7:00pm Mon.-Fri
Central Stand Time. Emergency Tech support is available 24 hours
a day 7 days a week. We want you to feel comfortable using the
program, and will help you through any situation.

How reliable is it?
We have redundant hardware, so that in the unlikely event something
breaks, the back up will take over immediately. Therefore, you
the user won't even know anything happened.
14.
Is it compatible with the software I am currently running?
EZProcessPro was designed around Internet Explorer 6.0,
but if you don't have it don't worry. You can download it for
free off of the Internet.
15.
Where do I keep my information if I don't have a server?
We keep your information on our servers, behind our firewalls.
You don't need to hassle with the power going down, or other crisis.
16.
What type of backups do you do and how often do you back up?
We do full system tape back ups every night. It saves all of your
information up to the day, onto a tape that is taken off premises
and stored securely.
17.
What type of network or computer do I need?
The only thing you need is a computer that can access the Internet
using Internet Explorer 6.0, which you can download for free off
of the Internet, and a printer to print all of your receipts and
reports.

Please explain the whole password thing.
When you enter in an employee, lets call him "John,"
you enter in all of his information required for payroll, his
LoginID/Password, and set his "permissions." When John
logs onto the system, John will be able to do only what you gave
him permission to do. If you don't want John to be able to delete
stock, don't give him the permission. The button won't even show
up in John's area.
19.
How many licenses do I get?
We realize that our competitors make a great deal of money off
of charging for licenses per computer. We also completely disagree
with the whole concept of charging a client a great deal of money
for nothing more than a number on a piece of paper. Which after
all, that is all a license is. In overview, you can view your
system from as many computers as you want anywhere in the world.

How long have you been in business? What type of experience do
you have?
We have been in the furniture business for over 23 years and have
been in the computer industry for over four years. In this time,
the computer industry has revolutionized multiple times. Our technology
is the newest; therefore it is the easiest, most efficient, and
most affordable.
21.
Do you have any way to show pictures?
The Online Catalogue shows pictures, just like if you were using
one of your manufacturer's books. Just flip through the pictures.
When the customer finds something they want, just click the quantity,
color, and fabric, and the computer automatically inputs it into
a sales receipt.
22.
Can you print checks?
You can definitely print checks. After you check your balance
of your checking accounts on EZProcessPro, just click on
the account that you want to print the check from, and to whom
it needs to be made out to, and a check will be automatically
generated, and your account ledgers updated. There is no longer
a need to buy an expensive box of checks. Print your own.

Can you print financial reports?
You can print many different financial reports in almost any format
you desire with a few clicks of the mouse. See how much money
you brought in today. View what your account receivables look
like. Print out the ever-important balance sheet. You can view
any information from any date, month year, or even date to date.
The computer does it all automatically.
24.
How do process payroll on your system?
When your employees get to work, they clock into the system. When
they leave, they clock out. When you process payroll, the computer
will automatically fill in the number of hours they worked. If
they are salaried, it can fill in by day, week, or some other
way you calculate salary. The commissions are then added into
the salaries to the people that receive commission. You can award
commission at time of sale, completion of delivery, or even when
all funds have been received by your accounts receivable (finance
companies or in-house financing.) This ensures that your employees
are properly paid.
25.
Do you process Purchase Orders?
Yes we do. We've devised a system that will automatically add
items to the PO when a customer buys an item not in stock, or
when an item has reached its set minimum stock. Whoever orders
the furniture has the power to delete anything from the purchase
order or to add anything. It ensures you don't purchase items
you don't need.

Can I Print Sales Receipts?
Yes, we print sales receipts. We can even customize your sales
receipt to look exactly how you want. Do you have any "fine
print" that has to be included on the receipt? Enter it in
the System Setup, and your fine print will show on your receipts.
